ProAmpac is seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Site Controller (Manufacturing) to support our growing Food-To-Go division in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for a finance leader who understands manufacturing from the plant floor to the P&L, and who can partner closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to drive performance, accountability, and operational excellence. We're looking for someone who is more than a traditional accountant. We want a strategic business partner who understands inventory, costing, variances, production realities, and how financial insights directly impact manufacturing success. What You'll Do Lead and oversee plant-level financial and accounting activities Drive accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis Partner with plant leadership to improve financial and operational performance Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, overhead, inventory, and variances Ensure accuracy of inventory controls, physical inventory results, and product costing Support budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and strategic initiatives Perform audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization Deliver clear financial insights and reporting to plant, sales, and corporate leadership teams What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5-10 years of manufacturing finance, plant controller, cost accounting, or operational finance experience Strong background in: Cost accounting Inventory management Variance analysis Manufacturing financial reporting ERP/MRP systems Experience supporting a manufacturing facility or multi-site operation Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both operational and financial leaders Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems is a plus Master's degree preferred Why ProAmpac?
