This is an opportunity to play a key role in our accounting team by supporting multiple functions that keep our business running smoothly. What You'll Do Process payroll accurately and on schedule Manage accounts payable and vendor payments Handle accounts receivable, collections, and customer account reconciliations Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare financial reports and provide meaningful financial information to management Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Collaborate with departments across the organization to provide exceptional internal customer service What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounting experience , including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or general accounting College Degree with a focus in Accounting Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning Why Join Us?
