- Friday Check previous day's invoice posting and current day's invoice Check daily deposits & enter in general journal A/P-weekly o Match packing slips to invoices o Enter invoices o Run checks Payroll-semi-monthly Calculate cat tax monthly/pay quarterly PUC's quarterly Pay P/R taxes, FET semi-monthly Quarterly P/R tax returns Annual 2290 tax Dealer's license renewal every 3 years USDOT form MCS-150 biennially Health/dental/STD insurance renewals and enrollments Liability insurance renewals Bank reconciliation Monthly financial statements Annual account recaps for CPA Annual personal property/real property returns 1099s annually GWINC accounts receivable Sales & contractors journals semi-monthly Monthly fuel bills Maintain fuel cards Lease renewals annually Radio license-every 10 years Calculate CAT tax monthly/pay quarterly Annual 2290 tax and as new trucks go into service USDOT Form M annually USDOT form MCS-150 biennially Renewal federal SAM account annually VIPR (firefighting contracts) as needed Enter & proof timecards Run payroll Occasional hand checks P/R tax deposits Remits child support & other P/R withholdings Add shareholder insurance premiums to: o Gross, FIT gross, Sit Gross•Quarterly Insurance & 401 enrollments File workers comp & STD claims Annual bonuses Dues notices for HOA-Annually Leases-new/renewals/terminations
