- A successful Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 10+ years of experience in construction accounting, ideally with a general contractor Proven experience as a Controller QuickBooks experience a must Procore experience nice to have Management experience nice to have Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset A bit about us:•Our client is a rapidly growing multi-million-dollar general contractor.
