Lead financial strategy and performance across Penn Highlands Healthcare as the next Regional Director of Finance in picturesque Pennsylvania! The Position The Regional Director of Finance will provide strategic and operational financial leadership for Penn Highlands Healthcare, serving as a key financial partner to regional and system leadership. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this leader will work closely with the Regional President to strengthen financial performance, provide meaningful financial insight, and support operational and strategic decision-making. Key priorities will focus on rebuilding and strengthening the regional finance function, developing a high-performing team, and enhancing financial and operational performance. This leader will also help position the organization for future growth and transformation, including an upcoming ERP migration. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded, hands-on healthcare finance leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insight. This individual will be comfortable partnering with executives, developing teams, and working across multiple areas of finance and accounting. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Must have at least five years of healthcare finance experience, including leadership and financial reporting experience.
