Corporate Controller 1649 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331 Full-time Full-time With over 70 years of experience in wire and wire cloth products, Gerard Daniel Worldwide's sales teams and applications engineers collaborate with our customers to create solutions to their manufacturing and supply chain challenges. Being involved in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, vehicles, clean energy, pharmaceutical, oil, gas, mining, and industrial applications. We're seeking a Corporate Controller who excels in high‑growth, fast‑evolving environments and is motivated by the challenge of building scalable financial infrastructure. In this critical role, you will work side‑by‑side with the CFO and senior leadership to enhance financial reporting, integrate acquisitions, advance system modernization initiatives—including SyteLine ERP—and fortify the Company's financial and operational backbone to support ongoing M&A activity. This is an onsite role based at the Company's corporate headquarters in Hanover, PA , providing direct access to executive leadership, operations, and cross‑functional teams essential to driving transformation at speed and scale. What You'll Own & Drive Accounting Policy Leadership — Establish, document, and enforce accounting policies; standardize processes across divisions and geographies to ensure consistency and compliance with US GAAP. Global Close Optimization — Lead the global monthly close process, reduce close timelines, and improve accuracy and transparency across all business units. Cost Accounting Transformation — Enhance cost accounting methodologies and reporting to deliver actionable insights into unit margins at both facility and product levels. Process & Systems Modernization — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and implement new technologies, including leveraging SyteLine ERP (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) to drive efficiency and data integrity. Audit Leadership — Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors; ensure audit readiness, provide required documentation, and shorten the timeline from year‑end close to audited financial statements. ERP Implementation Support — Play a key role in the ongoing implementation and optimization of SyteLine ERP, ensuring alignment with corporate reporting needs and supporting adoption across business units. M&A Integration — Lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring they meet corporate reporting standards and are seamlessly incorporated into the Company's financial ecosystem. Cross‑Functional Partnership — Collaborate with operations, supply chain, commercial teams, and executive leadership to ensure financial insights drive business performance. What You Bring Prior experience as a Controller in a PE‑backed manufacturing or distribution company is highly preferred. Strong technical accounting and cost accounting expertise. Hands‑on experience with SyteLine ERP (Infor CloudSuite Industrial), including supporting implementations, optimizing finance modules, or improving reporting workflows. 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, and team leadership. A blend of public and private accounting experience within a multinational manufacturing/distribution environment. A self‑starter who takes ownership, works independently, and isn't afraid to dive into the details. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high‑performing teams. BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred. CPA or CMA strongly preferred. Why This Role Is a Game‑Changer This is not a maintenance role. It's a build‑and‑scale role.
