Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial transaction and ensure accurate general ledger journal entries, account reconciliation and month-end closing. Perform monthly bank reconcilliations using Business Central. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, primarily utilizing Excel. Oversee corporate tax filings (with actual tax filing performed by our CPA firm) and handle sales/use tax returns. Administer bi-weekly payroll, including tax withholdings and benefit deductions using ADP. Supervise annual financial reviews conducted with our CPA firm and insurance providers. Fully manage our company's 401k plan, ensuring compliance will all regulations. Handle complete HR duties, from hiring to termination processes, keeping all employee documentation current and compliant. Oversea all aspects of employee benefits, including necessary government filings. Supervise and review accounts receivable/ payable entry.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required A minimum of 5 years in a financial/ HR role. Experience with Microsoft Business Central strongly preferred. Advanced knowledge of MIS Office with a strong emphasis on Excel. Knowledge of payroll, 401K and benefits preferred.
