Job Description

A well-established and growing automotive retail organization in South Central Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys partnering with operational leaders to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain general ledger accuracy and internal controls Review financial statements and ensure compliance with company policies Supervise and develop accounting staff Partner with dealership leadership to support operational and financial objectives Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense management
Qualifications:
Previous Automotive Controller experience preferred Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices and financial reporting Must be punctual, dependable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional verbal and written communication skills Basic Microsoft Office and Excel experience required CDK experience is a plus
