Controller:
- Lead audit and tax preparation processes, partnering with external firms
- Oversee inventory accounting and support operational teams with financial insights
- Manage the month-end close and prepare financial statements
- Supervise Assistant Controller and accounting/admin staff
- Collaborate with yard managers and leadership to analyze and communicate financial performance Qualifications for the
Controller:
- Manufacturing accounting experience required
- Strong audit and tax preparation background
- Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred) #
