CEO The Role:
A Controller Who Actually Knows the Floor We aren't looking for a corporate supervisor to sit in a glass office and review high-level spreadsheets. We are looking for a technical, hands-on Controller who has spent their career in the "engine room" of accounting. You are the right fit if you have personally rolled standard costs, performed cycle counts, reconciled complex AP/AR, and lived through the intensity of a manufacturing month-end close. You aren't just a reviewer; you are a teacher and a troubleshooter who can jump into any seat in the department to model best practices and fix broken processes. As the Controller, you report directly to the CEO and serve as the primary financial voice for our three US manufacturing facilities. You are responsible for the total integrity of our financial data, the efficiency of our accounting team, and the accuracy of our operational reporting.
