We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our team. This role is located Pittsburgh. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: This position is central to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of control and oversight The incumbent will be responsible for executing strategies that align with BNY's strategic pillars of compliance and operational excellence By embodying BNY's principles of integrity, collaboration, and accountability, the Vice President will foster a culture of transparency and trust, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and risks are effectively managed Lead the development and implementation of regulatory oversight strategies by demonstrating expertise in compliance and control mechanisms Conduct comprehensive analyses of regulatory requirements, working closely with the second line to ensure all processes align with current laws and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the regulatory framework, ensuring effective oversight and control measures are in place Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards Monitor and report on regulatory changes, advising management on potential impacts and necessary adjustment , drive continuous improvement initiatives within the regulatory oversight function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field 7 years minimum related work experience preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams Proven track record in regulatory compliance and risk management strategies Advanced degree or certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs desirable BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn Here's a few of our recent awards: America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 "Most Just Companies", Just Capital and
