Automotive Controller :

Established Dealership Group | Reading, PA Do you speak the language of dealership financials fluently and love making the numbers tell a story? We're a well-established, growing franchise dealership group in the Reading, PA area, and we're looking for a sharp, driven Automotive Controller to own our financial operations and help fuel our next chapter of growth. What You'll Be Doing This isn't a back-corner-office, stare-at-spreadsheets role. You'll be a core part of the leadership team, partnering directly with our Ownership, Administration, General Manager and department heads to keep the dealership financially sharp and profitable. Own the numbers monthly financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis Lead the accounting team AR/AP, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close Protect the dealership internal controls, audit compliance, and fraud prevention Partner with ops work closely with Fixed Ops, Sales, F&I, and Parts to improve the bottom line and departmental performance Interface with the OEM manufacturer financial reporting, warranty reconciliation, and OEM programs Work with our DMS experience with Dealertrack, CDK or Reynolds is a big plus What We're Looking For 2+ years of dealership controller or office manager experience (this is a must … we move fast and need someone who knows the automotive world) Solid understanding of dealership financial statements ; front-end vs. back-end gross, used vehicle reserves, warranty receivables Experience managing a small accounting team Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and not afraid to ask hard questions Comfortable communicating financial results to non-finance leaders Why Join Us?
