Opportunity for a hands on leader who enjoys building strong financial processes and partnering with executive leadership in a fast paced, growth oriented environment. If you have a strong background in restaurant accounting and enjoy working in an organization that continues to expand, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, and financial reporting. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year end close process while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Analyze restaurant financial performance and provide meaningful recommendations to leadership. Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analyses. Oversee accounting for multiple business entities and maintain strong internal controls. Partner with senior leadership to support acquisitions, new unit growth, and strategic initiatives. Mentor and develop the accounting team while driving continuous process improvements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies. Required Qualifications Current or recent Controller with at least 3 to 5 years of Controller experience. Recent experience in a multi unit restaurant, hospitality, or food service organization . Strong knowledge of restaurant financial statements, cost controls, and P&L management. Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, constantly evolving organization. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Multi entity accounting experience. Franchise accounting experience. Knowledge of real estate finance and lease accounting. Experience with loan documentation and board reporting.
