Who We're Looking For We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Plant Controller with a strong background in finance and accounting within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with SAP and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 5+ years of experience as Plant Controller or similar role Manufacturing environment experience Knowledge of standard based accounting systems Experience in ERP implementation What's in It for You?
