Type:

full-time We have been engaged to assist our client, Elliott & Frantz, in its search for a Vice President of Finance. Headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, Elliott & Frantz is a privately held, family-owned heavy construction equipment dealer with operations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The Company is entering an important new chapter under next-generation ownership, with a debt-free balance sheet, plans for continued geographic expansion, and a recently strengthened executive leadership team. This newly created position will be the Company's first senior finance executive and will serve as a key strategic partner to ownership.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in accounting, finance or related degree. CPA preferred 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibility Heavy industrial, construction, distribution or related industry experience required. Strong technical expertise across GAAP accounting and financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and working capital management, inventory accounting, internal controls, and financial systems/ERP environments.
