The AVP will be responsible for leading system-wide laboratory initiatives, fostering standardization and collaboration across multiple sites, ensuring regulatory readiness, and advancing a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This leader will work closely with clinical, operational, finance, quality, and business development teams to optimize laboratory services, support organizational growth, and deliver exceptional patient care. The AVP will lead teams, manage budgets and capital planning, drive quality and safety outcomes, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities for service expansion and innovation. 5 plus years of administrative/management experience in laboratory services; hospital-based laboratories preferred.

Education:

Bachelor of Science or equivalent required, Masters preferred.
