This is a high-visibility Controller role where your leadership will directly shape financial performance and scalability. Why This Controller Opportunity Stands Out Step into a true leadership role with ownership of accounting across a multi-entity portfolio Work closely with the CFO and executive team on strategic decision-making Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team Gain exposure to acquisitions, refinancing, and portfolio growth initiatives Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements Operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused real estate environment Take the lead on lender relationships, reporting, and audit coordination Make a direct impact on reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability Key Responsibilities Oversee all corporate and property-level accounting for a multi-entity real estate portfolio Manage and streamline a high-volume monthly close process Deliver timely financial reporting and actionable insights to leadership Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and liquidity planning Serve as the primary contact for lenders, auditors, and external partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 8–10+ years of accounting leadership experience
