Succession plan for the CFO!! Are you a finance leader who loves the "build" as much as the "execution"? For the first time, they are carving out a dedicated Director of FP&A role to serve as the strategic right hand to our CFO. This isn't a role where you ll spend your days managing a massive team's timesheets. Instead, you will be the architect and manager of their financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance•
SEC/GAAP
). You will own the narrative of the numbers, building the frameworks that allow them to scale intelligently while maintaining the stability they have been known for. This role is 100% in office with an excellent compensation package and annual bonus. CPA is
