Succession plan for the CFO!! Are you a finance leader who loves the "build" as much as the "execution"? Our client is a stable, industry-leading organization known for a culture that actually lives its values. For the first time, they are carving out a dedicated Director of FP&A role to serve as the strategic right hand to our CFO. This isn't a role where you ll spend your days managing a massive team's timesheets.
