This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity where you will earn up to $120,000, depending on your experience. You will work Monday during the day in a hybrid schedule. Some of your responsibilities as Fractional CFO / Accounting Lead will include consulting with small wealth advisors as well as: Lead monthly financial review meetings with client stakeholders Leading/overseeing team of 9-10 Acting as primary financial advisor for a portfolio of clients, providing insights on cash flow management, profitability and growth strategies Overseeing budget preparation Financial forecasting Mentoring and training to junior and staff accountants Reviewing work papers, reconciliations and financial statements Overseeing team capacity Delegating tasks effectively Implementing and optimizing accounting tech stacks (QuickBooks, Sage, etc) for clients Other duties as assigned To qualify for the Fractional CFO / Accounting Team Lead, you must have: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role (public accounting or multi-client outsourced experience preferred) Strong cloud-based accounting software Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and financial modeling) Exceptional communication skills Ability to explain the numbers to non-financial business owners If you would like to learn more, then please submit your resume for immediate and confidential consideration.
