Assistant Controller Salary:

$165K–$210K base + bonus

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close
• Review consolidated financials, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, and GAAP compliance
• Lead and develop accounting teams while driving process improvements and system enhancements Qualifications for the

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 7–12+ years of progressive accounting experience (construction/project-based preferred)
