You will help manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities Manage General Ledger:
Oversee accounts, reconciliations, and monthly financial close processes. Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR): Supervise invoicing, track incoming payments, and manage collection efforts. Manage Accounts Payable (AP): Review vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and resolve billing discrepancies. Capital Expenditure (CapEx)
Control:
Review authorization requests, track project budgets, and perform asset depreciation tracking.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Support annual budgeting processes and variance analysis.
Compliance & Audits:
Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with internal and external audits.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Software:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
Preferred:
CPA license or progress toward certification.
Language:
