Work Monday-Thursday (4 10-Hour Days) - Day Shift Some remote time available Primary Purpose To lead the planning and execution of the organization's financial strategy. To protect the Company's assets, maximize profit and sustain full financial growth - all in accordance with the Company mission of helping customers compete and grow. Essential Functions and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team. Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. Advise on long-term business and financial planning. Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders. Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance team. Review all formal finance related procedures. Maintain attitude and philosophy consistent with Arimon's Core Values/Ethical Standards. Skills Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product Accountable for specific performance Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills Able to multi-task Qualifications Required 10+ years proven leadership in related financial roles In-depth knowledge of current data analysis and forecasting methods Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comprehensive knowledge of all integrated business disciplines BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite Previous manufacturing accounting experience Preferred Previous Controllership experience MBA CPA certification In-depth knowledge of business law and risk management practices Prior management of banking, audit, benefits, and business insurance relationships GAAP knowledge Contract negotiation experience
