This position encompasses responsibilities in property management, investor relations, leasing, tenant interactions, and executive support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in real estate operations, financial reconciliation, and property management, with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to tasks. Duties Facilitate the onboarding process for newly acquired properties. Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality. Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections. Assist in due diligence, including inspections, appraisals, and reviews. Research market data to support investment evaluations. Manage the full cycle of books and records for the accounting for and reporting on banking and brokerage accounts, investments and other assets Manage the full bill pay process including cash flow processes and vendor management Record journal entries for P&L, capture all items for balance sheet, and identify tax-deductible expenses Lead the cash management process including all data entry and bookkeeping recordation; wire and cash transfers; Download, record, and reconcile credit card, bank account, and investment activity Prepare monthly cash flow/budgeting reports and assist on the preparation of quarterly financial statements Manage payroll services Provide various tax services including payment processing, returns review, Join us as a Controller to lead our financial strategies in the fast-paced world of commercial real estate and development!
