Controller:
- Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger and month-end close
- Lead and develop a team of accounting and finance professionals
- Manage regulatory, statutory, and external reporting requirements
- Partner with leadership on financial strategy and operational initiatives
- Drive process improvements and support system/technology enhancements Qualifications for the
Controller:
- CPA preferred or equivalent senior-level Controller experience
- Proven people leadership and team development experience
- Strong background in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Experience within financial services or a regulated environment preferred
