Controller:
Lead all grant accounting, reporting, and compliance activities across a diverse portfolio of federal, state, and local funding sources. Own the month-end and year-end close process, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and general ledger oversight. Partner closely with HR and operational leaders to ensure accurate payroll accounting, cost allocations, and grant reimbursement tracking. Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team while coordinating efforts with external accounting partners and resources.
