In this pivotal role, you will oversee budgeting, cost management, financial reporting, and compliance for complex infrastructure projects. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and regulatory standards will drive accurate financial planning and project success. Duties Manage and oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, and other project management tools to track project costs, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate construction schedules and project plans using Schematics, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, and other scheduling platforms to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop accurate construction estimates and budgets based on detailed analysis of plans and specifications. Monitor construction regulatory compliance by reviewing plans for adherence to safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations. Lead efforts in construction schedule coordination, ensuring alignment between project timelines and financial milestones. Manage teams involved in construction management roles by providing guidance on cost management strategies and project leadership. Prepare comprehensive reports on project financial health, including variance analysis and forecasts to support decision-making. Ensure all construction projects adhere to legal requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices related to construction regulations. Support project leadership in managing complex infrastructure projects from initiation through completion with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in finance or accounting within the industry. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes, project scheduling (Primavera P6), and cost management techniques. Hands-on experience with construction site operations coupled with familiarity with construction plans, schematics, and regulatory compliance standards. Proficiency in using advanced project management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and other relevant tools. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively within a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Strong understanding of construction regulations governing commercial infrastructure projects and experience managing complex projects from start to finish. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects. Previous roles involving managing budgets for large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects are highly desirable.
