Remote Primary Job Duties Oversee all accounting functions for the organization. Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management. Manage the budgeting process and financial forecasting. Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits. Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Ensure timely and accurate processing of reporting to owners. Monitor and manage monthly tasks such as bank recs completion. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills Accounting:
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, banking, and analysis of financial reports.
Leadership:
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technology:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to
