Controller:

Lead accounting, reporting, cash management, and overall financial operations Own month-end close, audits, and regulatory reporting Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Act as finance lead for ERP and process improvements Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across the business Partner directly with operational leadership on strategy and decision-making Lead a team of 3 Collaborate with global HQ and international teams What we're looking for: 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams Background with a blend of accounting and finance is a plus CPA a plus Why this role: High visibility with leadership Global exposure Opportunity to drive real operational impact Progression opportunity to leading multiple locations
