Job Summary:

Description Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Controller for a client in the non-profit industry in Eugene, Oregon. The Controller is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting support, month-end close activities, and compliance functions for the organization. This role partners with finance leadership on audit coordination, cash flow management, grant oversight, balance sheet reconciliations, lease accounting, and financial analysis while supervising accounting staff and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Will oversee an operating budget of $50M+ and have 3-4 direct reports.

Requirements The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience managing multiple priorities, proficiency with accounting systems and Excel, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in nonprofit accounting and grant compliance is preferred. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business is required. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
