This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on financial leader with a strong manufacturing background , CPA , and experience working with ERP systems . The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong people leader who is eager to grow with the organization and potentially develop into a future CFO . Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting and finance team Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures Partner with executive leadership to support company growth and strategic initiatives Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Oversee the use and optimization of ERP systems Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions Support the development and growth of the finance team Qualifications CPA required Strong experience within the manufacturing industry Previous Controller or senior-level accounting/finance leadership experience Strong experience working with ERP systems Proven management and leadership skills Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Highly strategic, hands-on, and growth-oriented Desire and ambition to grow into a CFO-level role in the future What's Offered Salary up to $170,000 Hybrid work schedule Join a well-established and growing company Opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization Clear potential for career growth toward a future CFO role
