Perform hands-on monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition, and variance analyses within 10 business days of month-end. Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, chart of accounts, and financial reporting systems. Manage day-to-day accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), collections, and customer invoicing. 2. Maintain internal controls appropriate for an agile, mid-market business to safeguard company assets. 5. Manage retirement plan contributions (e.g., 401(k)), health benefits administration, and year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s). Assist in onboarding and tracking contractor agreements and employee compensation schedules.
