Key Responsibilities As a key member of our finance team, you'll take ownership of a wide range of accounting responsibilities including: Lead all accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, revenue recognition and general ledger. Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, ASC-606 and regulatory requirements. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Oversee external audits and liaise with auditors and the CFO. Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights. Drive process improvements to streamline reporting and controls. Support financial aspects of contracts, grants, and vendor agreements. Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required). CPA required. 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or leadership role. Industry background in Healthcare, SaaS/technology strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of

U.S. GAAP

, ASC-606 and compliance. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Maxio,..etc. Experience with multi-currency and multi subsidiary consolidations. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across teams. Must live locally and be able to reliably commute to our MA office on a hybrid basis. Preferred Skills Prior experience working in a startup or scaling company Skills and Abilities Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and AI tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and proactive, solution-oriented approach. Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
