CORPORATE CONTROLLER

Goodyear / Estrella Mountain Ranch

•West Phoenix Valley, Arizona $120,000

•165,000 annually, depending on experience | Performance bonus opportunity

THE OPPORTUNITY

Build and lead the accounting function for a growing, multi-location hospitality company. This is a hands-on executive role supporting ownership, restaurant operations, construction projects, lenders and long-term expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct accounting operations, monthly close and GAAP financial reporting. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning and financial analysis. Manage lender reporting, covenant compliance and banking relationships. Oversee AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets and construction accounting. Design internal controls, policies and scalable accounting procedures. Develop restaurant KPI dashboards and present results to executive leadership. Coordinate audits, tax workpapers and accounting-system improvements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred. Strong GAAP, Excel and multi-unit operating experience. Fluent spoken Spanish required.

$120,000.00
