Corporate Controller, large service industry biz, multiple subsidiaries and investments (HYBRID/Spokane): NEW Corporate Controller opportunity with a large private, services group in Spokane. Looking for an experienced Controller, 10+ years, CPA, public accounting roots, seasoned people manager. Own month-end close, consolidated financial reporting, shareholder equity, treasury for multiple investment entities and subsidiary companies. Oversee close, financial reporting, ops accounting, consolidations (multi-entity). Lead FP&A

• operating and capital budgets, long range planning, evaluating acquisitions and new ventures, capital investments. Manage cost accounting across all subsidiaries
• service allocations and pricing, labor costs. Direct treasury and cash management. Supervise and lead a team of ~5 experienced direct reports. Comp range to $180K + bonus, great benefits, HYBRID schedule
• 3 days a week onsite in Spokane.

Pay:

$160,000.00
