Enterprise Revenue Cycle Leadership | $300K-$400K | On-Site HQ (Ontario, CA) Prime Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Vice President of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize end-to-end revenue cycle strategy and operations across our national, multi-state health system . This is a high-impact enterprise leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer , with full system-level accountability for performance, optimization, and financial outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape revenue cycle strategy at scale; 55 hospitals, 360+ outpatient locations, 3M+ annual patient visits , and offshore/vendor-supported operations within one of the nation's leading healthcare systems. Executive Responsibilities Provide system-level leadership for revenue cycle strategic planning, execution, and optimization Analyze enterprise revenue cycle performance and deliver actionable financial insights to senior leadership Lead continuous process improvement initiatives across all revenue cycle functions Ensure operational excellence across centralized and offshore revenue cycle operations Maintain expert-level knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and payer dynamics Collaborate with hospital CFOs, executive leadership, managed care, IT, and external vendors to achieve enterprise financial goals Drive performance through governance, accountability, and scalable best practicesIdeal Executive Background Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field 10+ years of end-to-end hospital revenue cycle leadership experience within large, complex health systems or enterprise RCM firms 7+ years in system-level or enterprise leadership roles , overseeing multiple hospitals or regional CBOs Experience working with offshore revenue cycle operations and/or major RCM partners (e.g., R1, Conifer, Parallon) Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through complexity Deep working knowledge of Epic, Meditech, and Change Healthcare Willingness and ability to travel as requiredPreferred:
