This individual will oversee accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, and financial operations while partnering closely with executive leadership to support long-term organizational goals and business performance. The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of accounting expertise, financial leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strategic business acumen. This role offers an opportunity to influence key decisions, lead a talented team, and help drive ongoing investments in technology, analytics, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and finance operations Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP, statutory accounting, regulatory requirements, and tax regulations Manage financial reporting processes and executive-level reporting packages Partner with senior leadership on organizational strategy and growth initiatives Oversee risk management, governance, and internal control environments Drive financial system enhancements, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives Lead and develop a team responsible for accounting, FP&A, and treasury functions Monitor financial performance drivers and provide actionable business insights Support capital planning, investment management, and treasury activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA strongly preferred Advanced knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, and financial operations Deep understanding of
