Director of FP&A:
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business model, operations, and financial drivers
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities
- Provide insight and analysis to support strategic planning and leadership decision‑making
- Build, refine, and communicate financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Partner closely with the CFO and senior leaders as a trusted financial advisor
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 FP&A professionals
- Support implementation and optimization of a new budgeting and forecasting platform
- Leverage data visualization and BI tools to enhance reporting and insights
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks Qualifications of the
Director of FP&A:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance
- Prior FP&A leadership experience within financial services or similarly aligned industry strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Bachelor's degree in
