$250,000•$340,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Executive Vice President for Revenue Cycle to join our executive team. This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of revenue cycle operations, including claims, denial management, billing, patient access, coding, managing practices, accounts receivable, days outstanding, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue optimization in a multi-specialty, multi-hospital, and outpatient environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide strategic leadership to our revenue cycle team and contribute to the financial health of our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the revenue cycle team to ensure optimal performance and revenue realization. 2. Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including claims, denial management, billing, patient access, coding, managing practices, accounts receivable, days outstanding, and reconciliation. 3. Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies to optimize revenue, reduce denials, and improve days outstanding. 4. Lead the design and implementation of workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle process. 5. Collaborate with executive leadership and clinical leaders to align revenue cycle operations with organizational goals and objectives. 6. Monitor and report on key revenue cycle metrics and indicators, and take corrective action as necessary. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to revenue cycle operations. 8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the revenue cycle team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in revenue cycle operations in the healthcare industry. 3. Proven experience in managing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including claims, denial management, billing, patient access, coding, managing practices, accounts receivable, days outstanding, and reconciliation. 4. Demonstrated success in revenue optimization in a multi-specialty, multi-hospital, and outpatient environment. 5. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategy into operational plans and actions. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. 7. Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations related to revenue cycle operations. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
