Construction Financial Controller We are seeking an experienced Construction Financial Controller to oversee financial operations for a growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an Accounting Manager or Controller role and a strong understanding of construction accounting, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, cash flow management, job costing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Manage construction accounting, job costing, and WIP schedules. Monitor cash flow, budgets, project profitability, and financial performance. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Support project teams and senior leadership with financial analysis and reporting. Ensure accurate financial records, internal controls, and compliance.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller. Strong understanding of construction accounting and percentage-of-completion accounting. Experience with WIP reporting, job costing, cash flow forecasting, and project financials. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience with construction accounting software preferred.
