Financial Controller Antelope Valley, CA | Hybrid Schedule | $130,000–$150,000 + Generous Bonus Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a Financial Controller to help lead the finance function during an exciting period of operational transformation and growth. Responsibilities:
Lead monthly financial reporting and month-end close Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing Analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for operational improvements Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes Partner with operations to improve inventory accuracy and bill of materials management Supervise and mentor a small accounting team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment Strong cost accounting and inventory management experience Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls Leadership experience with the ability to build processes and improve operations If you're a manufacturing accounting professional looking for an opportunity to influence business strategy while remaining hands-on, we'd love to speak with you. #
