Fractional Controller

We are looking for an experienced Fractional Controller to join our team on a contract basis in Tappahannock, Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and has a strong background in manufacturing, thriving in a dynamic environment. The position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, with a focus on financial oversight and collaboration with executive leadership. The Fractional Controller will work 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile balance sheets to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Collaborate with the C-suite in weekly meetings to provide financial insights and updates.
• Oversee and support the accounts payable/receivable clerk in daily operations.
• Generate and review financial statements to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Work closely with the VP of Manufacturing to align financial strategies with operational goals.
• Utilize Genius ERP and QuickBooks to manage and track financial processes effectively.
