What you can expect Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Shared Services Center in McConnelsville, delivering Finance and IT services across the organization Act as a strategic business partner to US and MPTM sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment Support and collaborate with Senior Accounting, Transactional Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling teams Cooperate closely with IT Team Leader Partner closely with the Finance organization in Austria, ensuring alignment with global standards and processes Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and audit readiness Liaise with tax advisors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of finance processes Develop, mentor, and empower team members, fostering a high-performance culture, continuous learning, and professional growth What makes you special Qualifications & Experience Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP Solid understanding of tax principles and regulations Proven experience leading process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives Experience working in a multinational environment , ideally with a European parent company Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred Demonstrated leadership experience with strong decision-making capabilities Proficiency with finance systems and tools (e.g., SAP) Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset High level of initiative, ownership, and assertiveness Positive, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams At Miba, we believe that diversity generates and drives innovation.
