This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting financial planning activities, and providing leadership in financial management to support the organization's operational and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. Support the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives. Coordinate and oversee external audits, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests. Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key metrics to provide actionable insights to management. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial systems and reporting. Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end close processes. Assist with special projects and financial analyses as needed. Full-Time This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote or hybrid work schedule.
