This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who wants to have a meaningful impact on a growing business while working directly with executive leadership.

Compensation:

$150,000

•180,000 + 15-20%

Bonus Schedule:

Hybrid

•3 days onsite / 2 days remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare and review GAAP financial statements and management reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis Oversee inventory, costing, COGS, and manufacturing accounting Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax providers Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team Partner with operations and executive leadership on business performance Identify opportunities to improve margins, controls, and operational efficiency Lead ERP, automation, and accounting systems initiatives Develop scalable accounting infrastructure to support continued company growth

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Previous Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams Manufacturing, inventory, and cost accounting experience strongly preferred Advanced Excel and ERP experience CPA and/or MBA is a plus Why Consider $150K
