Key Responsibilities – Plant Controller Lead all finance and accounting activities for the Wisconsin manufacturing facilities, including month-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory. Partner with Operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, labor efficiency, productivity, and operational KPIs. Oversee standard costing, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, production budgeting, and forecasting. Maintain and strengthen SOX internal controls while ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting. Lead, develop, and support a team of approximately six accounting professionals. Qualifications – Plant Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including experience as a Manufacturing Plant Controller.
