Job Description

Experteer Overview As Quantitative Program Vice President, you will serve as the subject matter expert for portfolio construction and risk analytics to steer PMG initiatives. You will lead cross-team programs, mentor teammates, and apply quantitative and qualitative methods to develop innovative solutions that support client investment goals. You'll drive measurable outcomes, manage vendor relationships, and oversee adoption and training for impacted units. This role blends strategic program leadership with hands-on analytics to advance Fisher's PMG priorities and transformation efforts.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Provide leadership for multi-team analytics, risk management, back-testing, and portfolio construction/automation programs
  • Manage prioritized programs to ensure delivery of measurable outcomes and value
  • Support strategic innovation by assessing needs, evaluating solutions, and implementing new programs
  • Maintain relationships with key partners across IT, Legal & Compliance, Human Capital, vendors, and other PMG teams
  • Create and oversee training materials and development for teams and business units
  • Coach and mentor program team members on knowledge and products
  • Identify, build, and track metrics to evaluate success and identify improvements
  • Prioritize and communicate feature enhancements with partner vendors
  • Organize research and testing to guide production rollout and strategy optimization
  • Contribute to education of Fisher employees on rollout solutions and ongoing use
  • Lead change and transition management within the team and across PMG Tasks
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of hands-on optimization technology experience
  • Experience leading and developing investment/portfolio-related programs with quantitative analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Proven adaptability to shifting priorities with analytical/problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with portfolio construction tools such as Axioma, Barra, and/or FactSet Key requirements
