Regional Vice President - New Jersey WealthBridge Financial Group About the Role WealthBridge Financial Group is looking for a proven sales leader with deep roots in life insurance and annuity distribution to serve as Regional Vice President (RVP) for New Jersey. This is not a generalist financial services role — we are specifically seeking someone who has built and led high-performing life and annuity sales teams, understands the field force model, and knows what it takes to recruit, develop, and retain productive agents in a competitive marketplace. If you've built a career at companies like New York Life, Guardian, Mass Mutual, or similar career agency organizations, you already understand the culture, the model, and the expectations. We want that experience — and we want someone ready to take ownership of a region and grow it. What You'll Do Lead & Develop the Field Oversee and mentor Managing Directors across New Jersey, supporting them in building, recruiting, and retaining productive life insurance and annuity sales teams Set clear performance expectations and hold leaders accountable to activity, production, and growth metrics Drive Life Insurance & Annuity Production Champion a sales culture rooted in life insurance and annuity solutions, ensuring advisors are equipped with the product knowledge, sales skills, and client-facing tools to drive results Establish best practices for needs-based selling, case design, and client presentations across the region Recruit & Expand Proactively recruit experienced life and annuity producers — particularly those with career agency backgrounds — through networking, referrals, targeted campaigns, and community presence Partner with Managing Directors to identify, attract, and onboard talent who fit the WealthBridge culture and production model Execute Regional Strategy Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional goals with firmwide growth priorities Monitor key performance metrics, analyze production data, and implement strategies to improve outcomes across the region Build a Winning Culture Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development Create an environment where advisors are motivated to grow their practices and leaders are empowered to lead What We're Looking For Significant experience in life insurance and annuity sales , either as a top producer or in a sales leadership capacity — A track record of recruiting and building teams — you know how to find talent, develop it, and retain it Experience leading Managing Directors, Agency Managers, or District Leaders in a multi-office or regional capacity A hands-on, field-oriented leader who leads from the front — not just from a conference room Strong understanding of life insurance products, annuity solutions, and insurance-based financial planning Active Life, Accident & Health license required; Series 6, 63, 65 or Series 7 & 66 preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation with performance-based upside tied to regional growth Top-tier medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents 401(k) with company match Life and disability insurance Employee wellness and mental health resources Ongoing training, leadership development, and career advancement opportunities About WealthBridge Financial Group Our mission is simple: To Do Good — for the families we serve and the communities we are part of.
