About the Company An established organization is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee financial planning, accounting operations, reporting, compliance, and business partnership activities across a complex U.S.-based operation. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions while leading a high-performing finance team. About the Role Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities, while overseeing accounting for the division. Responsibilities Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and support key business initiatives. Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and accounting best practices. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and efficiency. Support investment initiatives, special projects, and organizational growth efforts. Develop and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals. Deliver meaningful insights that support business objectives and decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. CPA or similar professional designation preferred. Progressive leadership experience within finance and accounting. Strong background in financial reporting, planning, and analysis. Experience leading teams and partnering with senior stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
