Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial exposures across operations. Supervise treasury management activities including cash flow analysis, investment oversight, and banking relationships to optimize fiscal health. Drive strategic planning initiatives by developing comprehensive financial projection models and forecasts using advanced data analytics tools to support long-term growth. Requirements Extensive experience in finance leadership roles with a proven track record in finance directorship or senior management within complex organizations. Strong expertise in IFRS, GAAP, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and regulatory reporting frameworks. Proficiency in financial software systems and Excel data analysis tools for detailed account analysis and financial modeling development. Deep understanding of industry regulations related to financial markets, investment management, cost control, revenue management, and fiscal compliance. Demonstrated ability to develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis that support strategic decision-making.
