Supervise senior leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and accountability. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision making, optimize business processes, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. Oversee project management initiatives ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints. Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging process improvements and operational best practices across all functions. Qualifications Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong track record of managing large teams and complex operations. Extensive background in operational excellence initiatives, change management, and process improvement strategies. Demonstrated expertise in business development management, strategic planning, and financial management including budgeting and forecasting. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with executive-level stakeholders. Deep understanding of business operations, profit and loss analysis, operational management, and large-scale organizational change management. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives. Skilled in data-driven decision making with a focus on operational analysis to optimize performance outcomes. Experience supervising senior leadership teams while fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and accountability. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degrees or executive certifications are preferred. $125,000.00 - $151,000.00 per year
